The Purple Onion originated in the summer of 1989 as a roadside
vegetable stand.
Since then the business has grown to become a furniture and gift barn full of quality furniture and beautiful accessories for the home.
This old hay barn has been carefully renovated to make it a pleasure to shop or browse. Our merchandise has been selected with the focus on a creative approach to country style.
A sampling of our merchandise includes Shaker styles pieces, farm tables, ladder backs and windsor chairs. Home accessories such as lamps, artwork, rugs, pewter and pottery help bring the rooms together to create a unique look.
